Hello! I am Melissa Smith, and I am your child's second-grade teacher. This is my tenth year teaching, and I absolutely love what I do! I strongly believe that all children can effectively learn when they are encouraged, provided with the proper support, and resources, and given a fair chance. My teaching style is driven by progressive education. To me, the whole child matters... My classroom is a place where your child will experience a positive learning environment that fosters both personal and academic growth.
